Mr. Wang Yiping has worked at institutions including Daishan Cement Factory and the Enterprise Office of Nizhi Town, Daishan County. He previously served as Chairman of Ningbo Jifeng Automotive Interior Parts Co., Ltd., General Manager of Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and General Manager of the Company. He is currently Chairman of the Company.
Mr. Wang Jimin has previously served as Assistant to the General Manager of Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Director of Ningbo Jifeng Sewing Co., Ltd. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Company.
Mr. Feng Dian has successively served as Salesman, Manager, Commercial Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company. He is currently Director and General Manager of the Company.
Mr. Liu Jie has previously served as Business Manager of Hantang Securities; Assistant to the General Manager of the Shanghai Representative Office of Belief Securities (Hong Kong); Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager of Ningbo Jipin Industrial Internet Co., Ltd.; Executive Deputy General Manager of Xinhe Holding Group; Investment Manager of Huashang Fund; as well as Chief Financial Officer and Investment & Financing Director of the Company. He is currently Director, Secretary of the Board and Deputy General Manager of the Company.
Mr. Zhang Sijun ，He was a senior manager of Volvo Car Manufacturing Co., Ltd; a senior auditor of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Shanghai; and the deputy director of finance of the Company. He is now a director and chief financial officer of the Company.
Mr Wang Minquan, a former full-time teacher of Lianyungang Higher Chemical Engineering College and Ningbo Vocational and Technical College. He is now retired.
Mrs Zhao Xiangqiu, was a lawyer of Zhejiang Fanxin Law Firm, and a lawyer, partner and executive director of Zhejiang Yahui Law Firm. Currently, she is a lawyer and partner of Zhejiang Taian Law Firm and an independent director of Ningbo Top Group Co.
Ms. Xie Huajun currently serves as Deputy Department Manager of Ningbo Donghai Certified Public Accountants and Independent Director of Ningbo Tuopu Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li Dawei has successively served as Project Engineer of the Project Department, Deputy Manager of the R&D Department, Deputy Manager of the Project Department, Project Director and Supervisor of Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. He is currently Employee Representative Director and Deputy General Manager of the Interior Business Unit of the Company.
