Mr. Wang Yiping, He used to work in Daishan Cement Factory, Daishan County Naichi Township Enterprise Office and other units, and served as the chairman of Ningbo Jifeng Automobile Interior Parts Co. Ltd., executive director of Changchun Jifeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd, executive director of Chengdu Jifeng Auto Parts Co. Executive Director and General Manager of Shenyang Jifeng Automobile Parts Co.
Mr. Wang Jimin, He was the assistant to the general manager of Ningbo Jifeng Automobile Parts Co. He is now a director of the company, and also serves as a director of Ningbo FAW Sihuan Jifeng Automobile Parts Co., Ltd, a director and manager of Ningbo Jiye Trade Co., Ltd, an executive director and manager of Shanghai Jifen Enterprise Management Co., Ltd, a supervisor of Ningbo Jihong Investment Co.
Mr. Feng Dian, He was a salesman, manager and commercial director of the commercial department of the Company, and is now a director and general manager of the Company, and also serves as the general manager of Ningbo Jifeng Sewing Company Limited, an executive director of Jifeng Auto Parts Co.
Ms Ma Zhuqiong, has been a staff member and deputy manager of the finance department of the Company.
Mr. Liu Jie, He was the business manager of Hantang Securities; the assistant to the general manager of Shanghai office of Peerless Securities (Hong Kong); the financial director and deputy general manager of Ningbo Jipin Industrial Interconnection Co. He is now a director, secretary of the board of directors, deputy general manager and director of investment and financing of the Company.
Mr. Zhang Sijun ，He was a senior manager of Volvo Car Manufacturing Co., Ltd; a senior auditor of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Shanghai; and the deputy director of finance of the Company. He is now a director and chief financial officer of the Company.
Mr Wang Minquan, a former full-time teacher of Lianyungang Higher Chemical Engineering College, is currently a full-time teacher of Ningbo Vocational and Technical College and an independent director of Ningbo Sunrise Group Co.
Mrs Zhao Xiangqiu, was a lawyer of Zhejiang Fanxin Law Firm, and a lawyer, partner and executive director of Zhejiang Yahui Law Firm. Currently, she is a lawyer and partner of Zhejiang Taian Law Firm and an independent director of Ningbo Top Group Co.
Mrs. Xie Huajun,He is now the deputy manager of the department of Ningbo Donghai Accounting Firm and an independent director of Ningbo Independent Director of Top Group Co.
Mr. Zhang Peng has successively served as the company's quality engineer, quality section chief, customer manager and regional sales director. He is now the company's commercial director and chairman of supervisory committee.
Mrs. Wang Jingyan, He has been a staff member and deputy manager of the company's finance department and deputy manager of the internal audit department, and is currently the manager of the company's compliance department and a supervisor.
